Meet Matt

HEAD TRAINER
Matt Attanasio BS,CPT,PES
Since I was very young, I have always had a passion and been actively involved in sports and recreation. I was fortunate to be a 3 sport athlete in HS, be on state championship teams and play Baseball & Track & Field at the D2 collegiate level. Unfortunately an injury ended my baseball career in college, so I decided to take that experience and help all my athletes better prepare for their athletic future.
My passion for sports as well as a brief time coaching at Don Bosco Prep has given me a great opportunity to take what I have learned and apply it to my own professional career. I continued to pursue athletic and coaching endeavors by establishing the Center for Athletic Performance (CAP). Coaching an athlete on the X’s & O’s is the same as coaching them to move better. My goal is to put the athlete in the best possible position for success in their designated sport.
Whether it’s the actual physical improvements or the confidence and determination that we see on the field of play, our goal at CAP is to prepare today’s athlete for a successful athletic career. It doesn’t matter if they are a top prospect or an aspiring young athlete; there is no better feeling than seeing the progress an athlete(s) makes from the training programs we offer.
CAP takes pride in educating, motivating and preparing our athletes, not only for their athletic career, but for the quality of life. I hope you as a Coach, Parent or Athlete, take advantage of the programs that we offer and use the CAP Program to get ready for your season and athletic career. I guarantee you will see and feel the results.
