Middle School Athletic Performance Program - (11-13 y.o)
This Training Program is designed to develop fundamental movement patterns through a fun, challenging and group training environment. This class is geared to teach the student-athlete the value of performance training and how it can help them become a better athlete as they mature! Our classes focus on age-appropriate exercises that include overall strength, sprinting technique, ability to change direction, 1st step quickness, core training, hand-eye coordination and reaction exercises. We also teach the athletes the importance of a confident and positive frame of mind as they come each session and it’s impact on the field and everyday life!
