Middle School Athletic Performance Program - (11-13 y.o)
This Training Program is designed to develop fundamental movement patterns through a fun, challenging and group training environment. Our classes focus on age-appropriate exercises that include overall strength, sprinting technique, ability to change direction, 1st step quickness, core training, hand-eye coordination and reaction exercises.
