Challenge the core!!
At the Center for Athletic Performance, our training programs are a result of 15 years of training 1000’s of athletes from 8 y.o – collegiate level. We take pride in providing quality instruction to all the athletes we come across who’s desire it is to achieve a healthier, stronger and more injury resistant body. There is no doubt that our programs teach, encourage and provide results for the athlete’s to gain success through proper age appropriate progressions. We strive to provide a fun and challenging environment that allows athletes to mature physically and mentally based on their age and gender.
Our basic strength and speed training programs run year round and will provide a solid foundation of athletic development for any age of athlete. We do run sport-specific programs throughout the year based on the pre-season of an upcoming sport. For example, during the winter, our focus on many of athletes is to prepare for the spring season.
