Middle School (10-13 y.o.) – Athletic Development –
Monday – 5:15pm – 6:15pm, Wednesday @ 5:15pm -6:15pm, Thursday 4:30pm – 5:30pm, Saturday 10am – 11am
High School (14 – 18yo) Strength and Speed Training
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 4pm – 5:15pm, Saturday -11am -12:15pm
HS – Speed Only Training –
Tuesday – 5pm – 6:pm & Thursday – 7:30 – 8:30pm – tentative
