TEAM Training Programs
Our Team Training Programs are the ultimate pre-season preparation that you can give your athletes as a coach or parent. They are geared for Rec, Travel, High School and Collegiate. The goal of this program is to prepare the athlete’s of your team for their specific sport and its energy system demands. There is no question of the importance of proper conditioning and speed development as a team. SPEED Thrills and we can help you attain that goal. A goal setting agenda is done with the coach/assistant prior to starting the 6 – 10 week program.
We guarantee results or your money back!!. All athletes are tested prior to starting the program and at the finish to see the progress each individual/team has made. It is imperative that all athletes do their best to attend as many sessions as possible. This will increase their chances for success. The most important aspect after showing up is giving 100% to the program content. Whether it is the warm up, form running, speed or strength portion, all athletes must pay close attention to how they approach each session. You only get so many sessions/opportunities to prepare as an athlete, take advantage of our passion and knowledge to improve yourself and team.
