Strongman Training - Saturday’s @ 11:15pm – 12:30pm.

From June through August, the Center for Athletic Performance offers “Strongman Saturdays”, a weekly gauge of strength, power and will.  This awesome session is done in an open group format with athletes from HS to Adults that will train for 75 minutes of the most challenging, fun and unique exercises you  have ever experienced!!  We look forward to you coming and plowing through so make sure you have a good breakfast;)  When you decide you want to be part of this session, email: matt@capathlete.com to let us know you’re are ready to take the challenge!!!
